Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation within 24 hours via SMS or WhatsApp. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfer in PKR only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Sale prices are valid for a limited time only. In case of a pricing error, the customer will be informed before the order is processed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement via WhatsApp, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Online payments will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Returns & Exchange

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact
• Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• Minor color variation due to screen settings is not a valid return reason

All content on Phullkari.com — including images, logos, designs, and text — is the exclusive property of Phullkari. Copying or reproducing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Phullkari is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Faisalabad, Punjab. Phullkari reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
